Where Do We Deliver?

We deliver anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. All orders are dispatched directly from our Melbourne warehouse.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

We will dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please note that during busy periods—such as public holidays, sales events, or for pre-order items—dispatch times may vary.

Deliveries are scheduled during business hours: Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM

How Will I Receive My Shipping Info?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send another email containing your courier tracking number, so you can follow your delivery in real time.

What Are the Delivery Costs?

Most products (small items) are free shipping, except some bonnet protectors, floor mats, side steps, and roof racks.

Some areas will incur additional shipping charges. These included but are not limited to: N.T. , QLD and W.A. Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Delivery time depends on your location and courier schedules:

  • Metro Areas: Usually delivered within 2–7 business days
  • Rural or Remote Areas: May take up to 14 business days

Please allow a few extra days for delivery during peak shopping seasons.
