WHERE do we deliver?
- Anywhere in Australia + New Zealand
- Orders ship directly from our warehouse in Melbourne
WHEN do we despatch?
- Within 24 hours of order payment receipt (excluding weekends and holidays), as mutually agreed, during high-volume periods such as holiday and promotion periods, or as may be otherwise stated (eg. pre-order item).
BETWEEN what hours do we deliver?
- Monday - Friday: 9.30am - 3.30pm.
WHAT process do we use for providing shipping information?
- Once you've made your purchase, a confirmation is sent to your email address.
- You will be notified via email once the goods are dispatched (courier tracking number included in the email)

WHAT are the delivery costs?
- Most products (Small items) are free shipping, except some bonnet protector, floor mats, side steps, brush bars and roof racks. Some areas will incur additional shipping charges. These included but are not limited to : N.T. , Far North QLD, W.A and S.A. remote areas. If you live in these areas, please contact us to confirm whether extra postage will be applied to your order. We may contact you for additional shipping cost after purchase.
WHAT are the delivery times?
- Delivery time vary depending on how the courier schedule deliveries, usually between 2-7 days. To rural areas, shipping can take up to 14 days.
- Note: We use different courier to offer the most cost effective solution so we can pass the saving to all our customers.
