Door Sill Protector for Ford

Door sills are among the most frequently contacted areas of a vehicle. Every time you or your passengers get in and out, shoes can leave behind dirt, scuff marks and scratches that gradually affect the original finish.

OAD4X4 car door sill protectors provide a practical barrier across these high-contact areas while giving the vehicle a cleaner, more finished appearance. Each set is shaped for the specified make, model and year, helping it sit neatly along the original sill rather than looking like a generic add-on.

Protection Where Your Vehicle Needs It

Unlike small universal strips, our custom vehicle door sill protectors follow the shape of selected vehicle entry areas and cover the sections most likely to be stepped on or brushed by footwear.

Once installed, they help protect the original sill against:

• Scratches and scuff marks
• Dirt, mud and sand
• Shoe and work-boot marks
• Everyday surface wear

They are particularly useful for 4WDs, utes and SUVs with higher entry points, where passengers are more likely to step directly onto or drag their shoes across the door sill.

Choose the Finish That Suits Your Vehicle

Our range of custom door sill protectors is available in two material and finish options:

• ABS: A clean, understated black finish that blends naturally with dark trims and modern vehicle styling.
• Stainless Steel: A sleek metallic finish that adds a stronger visual accent while providing durable sill protection.

Both styles are easy to maintain and designed to protect the original surface beneath them. Each set includes four vehicle-specific pieces for the front and rear door sills.

Secure Adhesive Installation

OAD4X4 door sill protectors feature pre-applied automotive-grade adhesive tape for a secure, straightforward installation. No drilling, cutting or specialised tools are required.

For the best adhesion:

1. Thoroughly clean and dry the original door sill, removing any dust, oil or wax.
2. Test-position each protector before removing the adhesive backing.
3. Carefully align the protector, then press firmly across the entire surface.
4. Allow the adhesive to bond before washing the vehicle or exposing the area to excessive moisture.

Correct surface preparation and alignment are essential for a secure, long-lasting result.
